Relatively new Rotala species. Very similar to the related species R. wallichii and R. nanjeshan. It looks like it has taken the red stem of the former and the green leaves of the latter but with a tinge of yellow. Demands are relatively high. Plenty of light and a well balanced fertiliser regime will be rewarded with fast growth.

This is not Rotala mexicana, although we had it under that name previously. The real R. mexicana will be available soon!
