New Hygrophila, whose correct name has yet to be veryfied. The name given here should only be used tentatively and be considered a preliminary trading name until flowering tests have revealed this plant's correct identity.
We keep this plant at a higher temperature around 29°C with discus fish. Under these conditions the plant is a fast grower, developing abundant side shoots. Once it has settled in, this Hygrophila will rapidly form a dense clump requiring regular thinning. Leaves are soft and stems are thin and flexible.
