New, beautiful slow growing midground plant. Ample light and substrate fertiliser are required for large growth. Interestingly, this plant will grow very well under lower light, where it will develop smaller but very healthy looking, compact rosettes.
We keep this plant in a discus aquarium at 28 to 31 degrees. Despite the high temperatures this plant will grow steadily and without problems. leaves are quite hard and rigid and have a beautifil translucency and bright green colour with no tendency to develop any red hues. Very recommendable Echinodorus for any type of aquarium!
